Hey there!

I’m Katherine Tucker - a CPA, Clemson graduate, and small business owner living and working in the beautiful upstate of South Carolina.

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Clemson University, and my career has given me experience across several areas of accounting and finance, including income tax, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, bookkeeping, and sales tax.

But of all the different paths my accounting career has taken, working directly with small business owners has always been one of my favorites.

Today, I specialize in helping Teacherpreneurs with their business bookkeeping.

I understand that most Teacherpreneurs didn’t start their businesses because they love reconciling bank accounts, categorizing expenses, or reviewing financial reports. You started because you had something valuable to create, teach, and share.

That’s where I come in.

My goal is to help you get your books organized, understand what’s happening financially in your business, and feel confident that your bookkeeping is being handled correctly.

While I don't provide income tax preparation services, my background in tax and my experience as a CPA give me an important perspective when working on your books. I know what your tax preparer will need, how your bookkeeping affects your tax return, and how to communicate with your tax professional when accounting questions come up.
