Bookkeeping for Teacherpreneurs
You have a business to run, products to create, customers to serve, and many other things competing for your attention. Your bookkeeping doesn’t need to be one of them.
I offer bookkeeping services specifically for Teacherpreneurs who want their books organized, accurate, and ready for tax time.
VIP Bookkeeping Days
A VIP Day gives your business my focused attention for the day.
Before your VIP Day, we’ll have a discovery call so I can learn more about your business, your current bookkeeping (or lack thereof, ha!), and what needs attention. After our call, I’ll send you a list of the documents and information I’ll need so everything is ready to go. On your VIP Day, we’ll start with a morning check-in to make sure we’re on the same page and address any last-minute questions. Then, I get to work! I’ll spend focused time throughout the day working specifically on your books and provide you with deliverables at the end of the day.
Because every business and bookkeeping situation is different, the exact “end result” we can accomplish during your VIP Day will vary. Factors such as the number of transactions, revenue streams, bank accounts and credit cards, as well as the current organization of your books, all affect how much we can get done.
The goal is simple: make meaningful progress on your bookkeeping in one focused day and give you a much clearer picture of where things stand.
VIP Days are also a great way for us to work together before committing to an ongoing bookkeeping relationship.
Full-Service Bookkeeping
Want someone else to take bookkeeping off your plate on an ongoing basis?
I offer a limited number of full-service bookkeeping engagements for Teacherpreneurs who want more consistent accounting support.
Full-service bookkeeping includes ongoing bookkeeping, financial reports, light financial analysis, and accounting consulting, so you aren't simply receiving reports without any idea what they mean.
Because I intentionally keep my client roster small, availability for full-service bookkeeping is limited.
If you’re considering full-service bookkeeping, I recommend starting with a VIP Day. It gives me an opportunity to get inside your books and understand your business, and it gives you an opportunity to experience what it’s like to work with me.
Afterward, we can decide together whether ongoing bookkeeping makes sense for your business.
